LMA became a gem for the leadership gap when it saw the necessity of filling in the ‘rift valleys’ created by wrong leadership that appears to be good in society.
Beginning its trail in the UK, LMA has now gone worldwide focussing on Africa in the meantime where the lack of good leadership has created a huge spiral of elected leaders who have their own agendas hidden away from unsuspecting voters.

The Birth
Leadership & Mentoring Academy was born in a business meeting where the Founder and President (a minister of the gospel, chartered marketer, author and business strategist with a military background) attended with the view to partake in a community business focus of Rehoboth International Christian Centre, UK.
During this meeting, there was a clear debate in the heart of the leader on what it will take to revamp leaders of today and tomorrow to see the common goal of every potential leader: Success and Greatness! That was it! The missing link in leadership creating a misappropriation of authority and power!
That was LMA as a seed conceived in that instant during a seminar that merely took an hour of his time. It was a simple idea but when it began to unfold, the mandate has grown bigger and larger.
