LMA Mentors & Patrons

"A mentor is often in a position you'd like to be in and has the clout and connections to guide you to a similar position. He or she is someone you probably have unusually good chemistry with who will share stories with you of his or her own climb to success. An effective mentor isn't afraid to criticize constructively."
Dr Katherine Hansen, PHD - The Value of a Mentor

LMA Mentors and Patrons are a mix of Christian Spiritual Leaders and Professionals(drawn from carefully selected industries) who are dedicated to seeing transformation in the global community whilst training, leading, mentoring and counselling their mentees into better individuals, organisations and communities.

"At LMA, we encourage our members to look forward to build healthy relationships with our mentors in which their specific mentor is more a coach than adviser. Relationship in which the mentor facilitates your decision-making process by suggesting alternatives rather than telling you what to do. Ideally, your mentor will motivate you to do your best at your specified goals through a number of suggested CPD routes designed to get you to the top. All LMA members should be capable of becoming great for their generation".
LMA President

All Mentors and Patrons are therefore expected to take part in all activities pertaining to raising and achieving the objectives of the organisation with the view to securing an insurable future for the mentee in the leadership of society.
